On their “comfort menu,” they offer luxuries such as plush blankets and warming eye masks to keep patients relaxed in what is usually expected to be a cold, uncomfortable environment. Patients can even borrow a complementary pair of Beats by Dre headphones and watch Netflix while getting a quality teeth cleaning. Bathrooms in the office are also stocked with pre-pasted toothbrushes and an assortment of complementary mouthwashes for last minute touch ups before or after a cleaning.
Swish Dental also utilizes state-of-the-art technology that enhances the patient experience. Low radiation, 360 degree x-rays ensure superior treatment and comprehensive imagery at quicker speeds, without the discomfort of multiple x-rays. The dentistry offers digital itero scanning to visualize a patient’s whole mouth and track changes year over year. They also use this technology to straighten teeth with Invisalign, a service not provided by many dentists in town. With this technology, Swish Dental team members also prioritize the human element, going over every image with the patient. This humanizing moment with the doctor means that patients walk out of their exam with a broad understanding of their current dental work up and any actions necessary for superior health.

Swish Dental also takes time to give back to the community. The team is set to launch the “Smiles of Swish” campaign later this year providing dental services for those in need. Swish Dental is also starting a campaign, entitled “If you don’t have a smile, I’ll give you one of mine.” In this campaign, for every person that takes a picture at the green wall in a Swish Dental office, Swish will donate $1 to a charity. This can go towards pro bono dental work or not. Dr. Lawson and Dr. Brooks also spend numerous hours outside of work offering free dental services to the community.
